KIS FRONG® foaming agent for foamed concrete

The specialists of KIS INNOVATE present a new synthetic foaming agent for Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC), Foam geopolymer, and Lightweight Fire Clay Product (brick, wall panel, floor panel, and roof tile ect.), type of PRE-FORMED FOAM METHOD. KIS INNOVATE is the exclusive supplier of this foaming agent in the world. For the first time in global market we present this product at the price which can be compared only with the prices of ordinary synthetic foaming agents due to the direct collaboration in the production and supplies of the foaming agent. However, it is obvious that KIS FRONG® foaming agents are considerably better in the production of foam concrete than protein foaming agents because the main qualities of the KIS FRONG® foaming agents include the possibility to produce far firmer foam concrete of low densities.

Nowadays it is the only one KIS FRONG® foaming agent in the market which costs approximately the same as the protein foaming agent.

Moreover, the foaming agent which is based on organic raw materials has an increased ratio and a higher resistance of foam in comparison with other imported foaming agents and synthetic ones. Consequently now it is possible to reduce the consumption of the foaming agent on each cubic meter of foam concrete approximately to 45 % that adds to the quality and the strength of the produced foam concrete.

The flexible system of deliveries has been carried out to have this foaming agent always in store and to dispatch our customers without any delays. It allows our customers to minimize circulating assets and to decrease the resources in a ware-house.

KIS STRONG® for concrete

KIS STRONG® is a product which is co-operated with materials contain calcium. Which its chemical and physical properties, it is a very reactive pozzolanic. Concrete containing KIS STRONG® can have very high strength and can be very durable.

KIS STRONG® is available from suppliers of concrete admixtures and, when specified, is simply added during concrete production. Placing, finishing, and curing KIS STRONG® concrete require special attention on the part of all concrete.

Using KIS STRONG®, concrete with compressive strength in excess of 100 MPa can be readily produced.

KIS STRONG® concrete with a low water content is highly resistant to penetration by chloride ions. KIS STRONG® concrete for high strength or increased durability can be obtained from us or from major our alliance suppliers only.

 

KIS BRO-1® for fire clay brick

KIS BRO-1® also known as a surfactant which is chemical admixtures used where well-dispersed particle suspension is required for pozzolanic materials. These leacher are used as dispersants to avoid particle segregation and improve the flow characteristics (consistency) of suspensions such as in soil applications.

Their addition to clay or ceramic allows the reduction of the water to binder ratio, not affecting the workability of the mixture, and enables the production of self-consolidating soil and performance ceramic.

This effect drastically improves the performance of the hardened paste. The strength of fire clay brick and ceramic increases when the water to binder ratio decreases.

In additional, the use of KIS BRO-1® in the process of bricks product will reduce the embodied energy of fired. KIS BRO-1® help to improved performance in work and reduce the time in sun-dryed bricks.
